The Oruro Carnival was held in Brussels on 10 February 2024, with a folk parade through the city centre. Inspired by the Oruro carnival in Bolivia, this event brought together the Bolivian community in Belgium and friends of Bolivia, who enjoyed traditional dances such as the Tinkus and the Llamerada.

The route began in the Place Sainte-Catherine and ended in the same place, with an official ceremony in the atrium of the Manneken-Pis.  The event was organised by K'awari ASBL VZW and the Sartañani Bolivia Cultural Centre, with the support of various Belgian entities and the Bolivian embassy.
